Body skin care routine

I normally just use a body wash with a luffa to scrub my skin and vaginal area (sorry) but everything gets really dry and I want help on how to really wash down there and what type of body wash to use that isn't drying and also a moisturizer that will not leave my body very slick. Also I have body acne but only on my bum and I'm wondering how to treat that?? If anyone can help me out in anyway then thank u so much

RE: Body skin care routine

I use a different soap for my body than vagina. I use a PH balancing soap (Summer's Eve) down there and I really like it. I also don't use a loofah anymore. I just use a little soap and my hand. I found the loofah to be a little rough, but I didn't feel any cleaner. For body soap I would test out a few and find what works. I've found over the years that soaps that I use to love don't work anymore. I think your skin changes.

RE: Body skin care routine

I use the Mario Bedescu AHA botanical body soap, it exfoliates without the need of scrubbing too much which may be irritating any existing bumps you already had. After showering I use the Neutrogena sesame body oil bc I think it hydrates my skin very well, afterward you let it soak in a couple minutes and then pat dry. On nights I don't shower just before bed I put extra lotion on. I have a homemade goat milk one and the dream cream from lush if my skin is extra dry in some areas, as well as, a st. Ives vitamin E one for most days.

I think Dove has really good moisturizing bodywashes. I use Jergens or Curel lotions. I live in the dessert and they moisturize without leaving you sticky or oily. Not sure what to offer about your behind though. Sorry.
