Bobbi brown eye base vs hydrating eye moisturizer

Is there a difference between the Bobbi brown eye base and the moisturize? I’ve been using the eye base as a moisturizer morning and night - I got a sample and loved it so much bought the full size. I noticed a couple weeks later that it’s suppose to prep the under eye for concealer and she sells a separate eye moisturizer. Should I get that as well? Is it really that different? Should I not be using the eye base as a moisturizer?

@sonictyouthsuz I use the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Base Primer & Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid and the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Moisturizer & Primer with Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid 1.7 oz/... as eye cream and moisturizer for the day time and love it.  I tried her eye moisturizer before and don't think you need both.
