Don't use acne moisturizer or cleanser. Use gentle/sensitive products with a oil control Serum and spot treatments. I like The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum  .

Don't over exfoliate, let every product sink in for a few seconds before you put on more products, if you pick your skin turn the lights down low so you can't see your blemishes.

@LDB1982 Wear sunscreen everyday and wash your face every time you wear makeup no matter how tired you are.
