Currently using neutrogena wipes for removing but I never feel like I get all the makeup off

Agreed! Also it's cheap by the amount you need... and it leaves your eyes super moisturizer! Olive oil also is great too!

Literally baby oil works wonders with removing makeup if you're trying to stay on a budget

I use micellar water then follow it up with oil free makeup remover by Neutrogena. Works great.

I just use Vaseline and it takes everything off. Just make sure to wash your face after to get rid of any excess.

+1 Make Up Forever is the one I keep going back to. It does a great job getting everything off without rubbing (Urban Decay 24/7 pencils included) without being an oil. My old HG was Lancome Bi-Facil, but this has replaced it with no oily feel, no stinging if you get it in your eyes and no need to rinse.
