Best eye cream for dark circles?

I have dark circles under my eyes. Looks like purple veins showing. I do get puffiness along with the dark circles. I would like to make them less visible using some type of treatment. I have not found any concealer that covers them.

I have really dark circles and I was advised by a Sephora employee to try the Origins Mega Bright Dark Circle Minimizer. I have only been using it for about a week but I see a difference. Also with this cream a small amount goes a long way. It's one of the best eye creams I have tried.

Are you looking for a concealer or eye cream? 

An eye cream will take at least 6 weeks before you see a difference. The ones I like are Algenist Genius Cream and Trish McEvoy Retinol Eye Cream. The Retinol in the Trish product does work in reducing darkness. 

As for concealer, you may want to try a color corrector first, then concealer. Peach and Orange concealer's cover darkness. Makeup Forever and Smashbox make beautiful color correctors. After the color corrector, you can layer the concealer over it.
