Best Daily Serum?

What’s the best serum to use in the morning if you have combination/sensitive skin? I’m wanting to improve the texture of my skin and fade acne scars while giving me a natural glow. Help please!

@LoveOfAlee definitely a vitamin C serum, but personally I did not care for the texture of the DE C-Firma serum. Tatcha's is water based (so is Volition's, but the dropper means it will oxidize more quickly than the pump so keep that in mind) and soaks in way faster and sits better under makeup/other skin products IMO.

After doing a bunch of research on the most active/stable forms I settled on purchasing a full bottle of the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oilbut there are also drawbacks to that formula (and plenty of other formulas/brands just as effective). I love it, but it doesn't totally sink in which can make it tricky to layer with primer and foundation. I decided it didn't matter to me since I don't really wear makeup but definitely something to consider

I layer 2 every morning, @LoveOfAlee. First is HERBIVORE - Prism Exfoliating Glow Potion then DRUNK ELEPHANT - C-Firma™ Vitamin C Day Serum. I’ve tried soooooo many, believe me. This combo has given me amazing results during the day that follow my Retinol routine at night. It does work but you have to stay consistent and patient. 

The one one thing I have noticed throughout the years is that my face has actually become darker. It used to me a solid 4 shades lighter than the rest of my body when I’m not self-tanning. Now, it matches perfectly and I love that. I hated how ghostly my face looked. I’m also covered in freckles and they have lightened immensely. I used to hate them but now, I wear very sheer foundation and even use Freck to darken some of my freckles. Lol

I’m in the same boat!! I use to hate my freckles but now I appreciate them! Thanks recommending that vitamin c serum! I’ve actually been trying to find one! I’ll go test it out! I have a few stubborn acne scars that just won’t go away and I want my skin to glow this summer!!
