Before or after???

I just added the Perricone Exfoliating Pore Refiner to my skincare routine. One Sephora employee said I should cleanse, use my toner, then apply the perricone. The other said to cleanse, apply the perricone then tone... So now I don't know which order I should do it on? I feel like the toner will remove the perricone so I felt I should do it after toning myself. But I could be wrong! On the bottle it says "Apply onto cleansed skin by saturating a cotton pad and smoothing all over face and neck morning and night. allow a few moments to set then follow with Serum or treatment and moisturizer." So that doesn't really tell me either.... Anyone know??

I would definitely agree to tone first.

Tone first and then go in with Perricone! Perricone has AHA & BHA in it so doing a toner after will either neutralize it or wipe some of it off and it won't be as effective

See that's what I was thinking!! Then the other girl said to use it first as it's an exfoliater you want to kinda wipe it off which didn't make sense to me cause your not even supposed to wipe it off it specifically says "let dry, do not rinse" Sometimes I wonder about those Sephora employees 🤣 Thanks for your input I think that solves that!

I would tone before, so you aren’t wiping it off right after you put it on.
