Back Acne - Acne scarring

I find this a bit embarrassing but I know I'm not the only person who has a problem with this. Does anyone have recommendations for back acne and acne scarring on the back? I use an exfoliator on my back at least once a week. Any advice is appreciated.

@CTootoo I know someone who actually uses the Murad Acne Control Clarifying Cleanser (although they do make a Murad Acne Body Wash 8.5 oz but it's less potent) for her back and swears by it.

I too suffer from the dreadful backne. for me it was using just water and a soap that had no fragrance and no harsh chemicals. another thing I did was wear looser clothing to bed it helped a lot and allowed my skin to breathe a lot more. not sleeping on your back also helps:)

Depending on if you have long hair, it could be contributing to your back acne. I'm not familiar with any products that I know work well, simply little tricks like that may help prevent it;

-In the shower, it can leave conditioner/shampoo all over your back, as it won't allow the water to wash it away.

-If you wear it down a lot, also keep in mind that if you sweat it can trap it, and possibly cause acne.
