I've been having good luck with the First Aid Eye Duty Triple Remedy. It is pretty light, but works well for me. It's a good alternative to concealer for light makeup days or you can wear it under concealer.

Shiseido has a special cream for dark circles but it works long term. Origins GinZing refreshing eye cream is giving a bright effect so it makes the dark circle look lighter.

I agree ginzing eye cream is excellent for dark circles. I use this in the morning and it makes my eyes really bright. I feel it has a lot of negative reviews but don't understand it, i think it's great.
