Anti Aging

47 with normal to sometimes a little dry in some spots. 

I use an eye cream and moisturizer. Sometimes I may use vitamin C oil. It seems the more I try to take care of my skin the more it breaks out. I feel the only anti aging I am seeing is the acne of a teen on my face. Acne has never been an issue for me. Could some of this possibly be hormonal? 

Any recommendations?
