Am I using too much?

So, I have a The Ordinary skincare routine and I’m just wondering if I’m using too many products...

so my evening routine is:

alpha arbutin

niacinamide

lactic acid (for spot treatment) 

And squalene

is this too much?

That seems like an nice & easy routine to me!  There's lots of room to work in additional products later if you decide you want more (don't we all?).  I hope it's working for you @CalleyH

Are you having any sort of negative reaction? Is your skin responding as you had hoped? What’s making you question the routine?

Someone just told me that “any beauty expert will tell you that you’re using way too much” so I questioned it

@CalleyH That doesn't sound like too much to me.  Esp considering that many of The Ordinary's products are kinda one-note, so you often need to combine their products.
