Which skincare product helps with face rash due to a allergic reaction ?

If you're still battling the effects of a reaction, @ashxrajah I would be cautious about putting too much on your skin. You want to give it a chance to recover. I would recommend taking an antihistamine if you are able. Plain old aloe gel can help soothe your skin during the recovery process.

Hi, depending on the severity, you might want to pick up OTC 1% hydrocortisone to calm your rash, or even head to a dermatologist to make sure you don't have any further reactions to anything OTC.
But I'll list out the products/ ingredients I use to help recover from reactions to essential oil exposures:

• Pick a cleanser that doesn't feel like it strips the skin but cleans the skin properly [for me it's between a few cleansers I trust: the Revision Skincare Papaya Enzyme cleanser, Good Molecules Rose water daily cleanser, the Axis-Y Quinoa cleanser, or Vichy Normaderm PhytoAction Daily Deep Cleansing Gel] 
• Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Hypochlorous Acid Spray for Breakouts & Redness 4 oz/ 120 mL 
• The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane for Skin and Hair Hydration 1 oz/ 30 mL - or Vitamin E oil is super helpful for me to lock in the moisture 
• First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask 3.4 oz/ 96.4 g is my recovery mask - still sold on the FAB website
• La Roche Posay B5 Cicaplast Baume has been very helpful because of the zinc
• CosRX Snail 92 essence or Snail 96 cream is what I use daily to sooth my skin, but I also use Peach Slices Snail wash off mask on days I want extra snail mucin benefits
• Lactic acid repair serums are amazing for healing from bad reactions to products: Peach & Lily, Krave Beauty, Sunday Riley Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Serum For Dark Spots And Uneven Texture and Drunk Elephant Protini™ Powerpeptide Resurfacing Serum with Lactic Acid 1.0 oz/ 30 mL are what I've used and loved the results from.
• Rovectin Aqua Concentrate, Lotus Water cream, treatment lotion, Barrier Repair Face & Body cream, and the Multi oil as my tried and true skin healing and soothing items I always fall back on as well.
• Zinc oxide sunscreen such as a kids sunscreen from the pharmacy is good to use to help reduce the inflammation while getting your sun protection.
