I use Dior's Lotion Tendre Tonifiante. it's the only one I've found that does not have Vitamin C or alcohol listed as ingredients.

I recommend the Origins Perfect World treatment lotion. It is gentle and contains no alcohol! I've been using it for years and love it. Not strong smelling either in case you also prefer gentler scents.

I would suggest Essential Power Skin Toner by Laneige. I usually hate the way toners make my skin feel but this one is very gentle.
