Re: Eyebrows extremely sensitive to waxing

@steffypoox3 Have you tried threading as an alternative?

RE: Eyebrows extremely sensitive to waxing

Aloe vera gel

Re: Eyebrows extremely sensitive to waxing

Hi @steffypoox3 Have you discussed this with your esthetician? It may be something in the wax that is irritating your skin and they do make wax specifically for sensitive skin.

yes i always tell them yet they flare up

Re: Eyebrows extremely sensitive to waxing

@steffypoox3 Are you using topicals/active ingredients like acids, retinol, prescription and/or otc etc? If so, you need to take a week off before waxing and tell them. The wax could be too hot as well. There's different  types of wax, some need the muslin cloth, others harden on its own.

In the meantime,  aloe  and a cool compress to soothe. It's basically a burn. For makeup, green/yellow tones tone down red. Clinique redness line, IT Cosmetics  bye bye redness.
