Unhappy shopper

So has anyone else had this issue...

 I went into SEPHORA @ KOHL'S (1st & last time). They told me my freebie eligibility wasn't available being I am shopping inside of KOHL'S???? I was owed 3 free samples and the bag they were giving away a couple of weeks ago?

I have been sick with walking pneumonia and the flu as well as fighting stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer sorry didn't ask earlier. 

Is this NORMAL procedure procedure?

@kellieD1 @Not sure about the three samples but the tote bag was advertised in the email. Either they ran out or the employee didn’t know about it. You had to spend $50 to get it.

I spent a total of $75.00 the bag was free w/ $30.00 purchase. I also chose a fragrance sample. She said "I COULD JUST HAVE THIS D&C LIGHT BLUE" little perfume sample they used to put in magazines YEARS ago like the 1/8 of a ounce. Just enought to sample on your wrist/neck.
