I cancelled my box after not getting the products they sent me in the preview, I got 3 repeat samples (eyeliner, serum,moisturizer) and 2 were from the same company.
A lot of people were complaining in this group about not getting their promised boxes, so I am glad they reached out to their customers and they're working on it, but I'm not going to come back until they stop giving out older products, especially older stuff from the sephora line. I signed up to try new, fun stuff to play with. not leftover samples that were hanging out in the warehouse.

I did. I appreciate the apology, but they should either stop sending out the emails getting people excited or get it right. I’ll see what March brings and then decide if I want to keep going.
