Wrong items in February Play box

In the email I received before the box hadn’t shipped, it said I was going to receive totally different items. I was excited to get the Milk primer and Fresh mask but instead got a Clinique eyeliner and a Lancôme moisturizer. I am new to the Play box subscription but if this is going to continue for future boxes I won’t be renewing for more boxes and I don’t imagine others will either. I’m going to give Sephora one more chance to redeem themselves.

What you receive in your box depends on your beauty profile. For example, if there's something in the Play! box that's for dry skin, but your skin concern is oily skin, they'll send you something for oily skin instead.

The exact thing happened to me too! I was so disappointed! The 2nd time in a row. Not happy at all! 😞 What can we do about it?

Email customer service. I received 100 points and was refunded for the box. If they don’t respond post to your social media and tag them.

It’s been going on for a while. It was really bad this month because they seem to have sent out the same email to everyone and very few got the actual box. Honestly there are a lot of repeats and I’m finding here lately that they are including a lot of stuff that’s offered for points in the reward bazaar in the Play! Boxes. Not worth it to me anymore.

This was my first box & I also received all the items different from what's showing on the website.  I got clinique face gel, fresh face cream,  clinique eye liner, wrong color of the lipstick and daisy by Marc Jacob's sample. Correction: the only item that corresponded was eye mask. I hope it's not a regular practice. Quite disappointed 😣

I also didnt get what I was suppose to either. I feel like I am getting the same stuff every month. I am not really happy with the play box lately. 😞

Yes! This exact same switch happened to me. Not the first time either. Disappointed.

I @ohstarr I don’t think most people received what their email said they were getting. I’m giving Sephora a hot minute to get themselves together or I’m out.

Me too! I've been with Play! for a long time and it isn't the same 😞 I really hope Sephora does something soon☺Please and thank you if you do, if not I will need to give some other box a try 😞 !!!
