Sephora mud mask- May box

I received my May Play Box today .The Sephora Mud Mask arrived with the lid completely off. The mud mask fell right out of the container due to it being completely dried out like a hard, mini hockey puck. I’m pretty disappointed by this. Is there any chance I can get a replacement mud mask? I was really looking forward to trying this product. Also it stated his product shipped on 5/2, and it took 13 days to arrive?🙃

Hi @tifster Oh no! I'm so sorry to see that. I will send you a message to help. While Play! boxes are scheduled in the beginning of the month, they are usually shipped around the 2nd to 3rd week. You should receive your box between the 15th-25th of each month.
