Super annoyed. My algenist serum was opened. And all I got was a measly 100 points!! 

I paid $10 for 5 samples. Not 4. And not to mention the algenist serum was probably the sample with the highest RV. I was really looking forward to it. Now I can't use it.

And I don't even use eyeliners, so basically this month was a bust.

@SephoraPLAY you need a better system for when things like this happens. this isn't okay! I feel really ripped off! I paid for 5 samples not 4!

I had some issues with a box once, @SephoraPLAY was amazing about it. they handled it quickly and to my satisfaction. you just have to contact them.

I had a sample that was half filled and only got some points as well. Super annoying--I wanted to get it replaced.

Last month one of my items arrived opened, and they replaced it right away. I think they must have just been out of the one you needed replaced.

You should be getting in a few days anywhere from the 10-16 but the first month I didn't get a box I'm guessing it's a subscription fee

I would double check that you got charged right away. When I first signed up it was right around the time they were sending the boxes out. So they didn't send one to me because they didn't have time to put the box together. If you did get charged for a month and didn't receive anything, I would definitely contact customer service so you get your money back!

Don't worry .. this will be my 6th one and they have arrived at all times of the month. Usually when I get an email that says my box I shipped it shows up the next day.
