idk why I feel weird to ask for a Beauty sample when I go to Sephora , Sometimes I feel like the girls working there get bothered by it ? Has this happened to you before ? I really want to buy a new Foundation 😢

I was at first, but now I'm all "I would like this and this and ooh this too!" Lol! Then when I check out I always make sure that ask if they have any extra awesome freebies! Just be super nice and chill! They are people too! Everyone loves free shit!Lol

The first time I went to ask to get color matched and get a sample, it felt a little weird but the girls' reaction reassured me that she was not bothered at all. If she was she didn't show it. I think it's always a little uncomfortable doing something for the first time but as long as the person isn't in the middle of a facial you should be fine. A way to break the ice? Ask what foundation they might recommend for you and tell her a little about what your looking for in a foundation. Like medium coverage, a liquid or mineral or one good for oily skin or maybe a new one you've seen on the website etc. You've got to figure that they more than likely started working there because they genuinely like makeup soif you ask their opinion it breaks the ice and she might even ask you if you want a sample of the foundation she's recommending to you. I hope this helps make it a bit easier for you.

I have not been inside a Sephora... however, I have seen so many people write terrible reviews about the experience they have with the employees. I don't understand why people work in customer service if they don't like customers lol, get a different job yo!

I feel like for a Foundation you need to go to the store and get a color match or get an idea on what you going to buy , I want to go and ask for a sample of a foundation I just don't know how to ask 😪
