Ugh this is such a bummer. I am really considering ditching Sephora Play for Boxycharm. Did you guys see Boxycharm for October?! It looked awesome!

Sephora needs to stop putting their Sephora Collection items in the play boxes. That's not what I'm subscribed for. We want popular brands... Also I legit already have a ton of these makeup forever samples as freebies they throw in the bag from shopping at the store this month.

I wish that they would come up with a VIB or VIB rouge play box option monthly instead of just recycling the 100 point rewards into these play boxes. Maybe then we could get an eye palette or something every now and then.

I have boxycharm and love it. I’m probably going to unsubscribe from Play and just stick with boxycharm because I feel like it’s more worth your money.

I can't decide if I want to give Sephora Play one more chance for November or not. I think I am definitely going to sign up for Boxycharm though, they have been killin' it lately!! The spoilers for the rest of the year look so good!

How do you know what your box number is?

If you log in through a browser, not the app, and go to my account > account details > online orders and open the play! Order Details (it was dated 11/1 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image.

No. I haven's received my Play Box at all. This appears to be going on with quite a few people.
