Play Special Edition Order “In Progress”

Hello, I ordered my Play SE on Friday afternoon (literally 2 minutes after I got the email) and the order still says “in progress” online. I received an email confirming it but no shipment notification. Will I be receiving my box or no? Seems like a lot of people have had their orders cancelled (or messed up completely), so not sure what the deal is. Please help!

Facebook message them! I did and they told me I’d be getting my tracking info soon and also added 150 points to my account for the inconvenience

What's a special edition box?!

every few months sephore releases a limited edition luxur...

every few months sephore releases a limited edition luxury play box. it $20 but more like $30 after taxes and shipping. they are the same as the regular play box just with luxury products. as a VIB you'll get a notification via email when they are available.

I received the Special Edition II box today after ordering it on Friday. I had no notice until today when an email said it had shipped. When I checked the shipping info, it said it would be here today and it was. This has happened with my monthly Play boxes too

I doubt you will get anything, I ordered AS SOON as it released and they canceled my order, even though people who ordered on Friday are still getting one, makes zero sense!!!!

I don't know how you ordered it on the 27th but I ordered mine on the 25th and I got an email on the 28th that due to it being sold out and not available anywhere they were not able to process my order, so expect an email saying they will modify your order. Sorry.

 

Also the fact that VIB's were able to purchase this after Rouge members were being told it sold out is highly unacceptable on Sephora's part.
