Play! Colors Need Adjustment

I’ve checked my coloring profile in my Play! subscription and it’s accurate, but I still keep getting lipstick samples that are TOO PALE for me and make me look like a murder victim extra on CSI. How can I fix that? Also I don’t want perfume samples any more please. I’m extremely picky about my perfume, and if I receive one more sample of Happy or Flower Bomb I will scream.

Also, I'm sorry to hear that you've received lip shades you didn't care for, and this feedback will be shared with the Play! Team so improvements can be made.

Sometimes I like to apply a lighter shade over my lipstick, just in the center of my lips, to create a beautiful ombre or pout effect. I definitely recommend trying it out! 🙂
