Play Box tracking issues

So,   I have had this subscription box for a while now, more than 6 months, and i am convinced the shipping issues are normal,  which is sad and disappointing. that being said I will cancel because its just deceiving. i am aware i wont get it until or around the 20th.  ships the 3rd week. ya i get that,  but i didn't even get shipping information until just yesterday, and its been shipping out to me since the 13th.. due to arrive the 20th today, but the "order"  says it was shipped out on the 19th.  but the tracking information states otherwise. so its just deceiving  and  more than anything  annoying.  I think whoever is in charge of this " tracking and notifications" to subscribers, should be fired or if its a system automated, it needs to be corrected. Ever since i subscribed,  i have never had the tracking information match the shipping information from the  USPS to the website.  also, i haven't moved and it comes from the same location each month. so why it takes so long is beyond me, but the information being wrong is an issue and its enough for me. get it together.

Thanks. And I still haven’t gotten my box. It was due yesterday, but then it went from Kansas City, MO to Des Moines, Iowa, and then back to Kansas City KS, which is insane because Kansas City is split and shared between the KS and MO state line. Why it went to Iowa is beyond me. But..today the mail has already ran for the day. So I expect it to come tomorrow  or never ... I dunno.  C67A8E42-D4EC-4E7E-80A0-50880DF12784.jpeg
