PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I must say I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one experience the same problem.. it's really frustrating - a couple of days ago i tried from my phone and it finally directed me to a age to enter my details - was so happy and decided to wait until i got back home to subscribe (entering contact details from a computer is much more convenient then from a tiny phone) and when i got home, it wouldnt work again - and now i'm reading all the messages saying that apparently it's on a first come first served basis - so what's the point of displaying a countdown in the invitation email if we actually don't even have 1 day to claim our spot?
I'm having the same problem! I received an email and now it's telling me there is a wait. I've been waiting forever for this, and now I'm disappointed.

Same thing has happened to me. I was so excited and now I am just really irritated and annoyed.
I got my invitation to sign up 2 days ago, and whenever I click the link it adds me to the waiting list again. Was super excited but now I'm wondering if it worth it to be having this much trouble!
I was emailed that I was off the waiting list, can't seem to find where we go to, to claim our spot? this is annoying, how do I join.

This is not an acceptable excuse. This is not customer service. This is not the way to treat customers. Either add more boxes to accommodate those of us who received your email, or offer something else, while giving a decent apology. With so many monthly box offers out there Sephora should be taking this issue seriously & react promptly.

So basically they just don't know how to run this program...I am among those who received an invitation and am unable to subscribe. They send out more invitations then spots and if you're too slow to sign up you miss out and have to continue to wait even though you have already waited as the customer service so poorly explained to me...I thought this program would be more organized and would have allowed those waiting the longest to sign up first.
I Just got an my invitation to sign up for PLAY as I too have been on the waitlist for a while. I clicked on the invitation and it won't let me sign up for a box?!!? I am so confused can someone please help?

ok ladies I called Sephora Friday and from what I was told there is a glitch in the system and thats y we cant sign up. The person I walk to said it can take anywhere from 1-5 day for Sephora to Fix and to just keep trying. God knows if there are lying to me just so they can stop getting cussed out over the mess.
They told me it was first come first serve with the invitation. Even though you received an invitation the spots filled up and everyone who didn't get in has to wait until the next one and then again you have to sign up before the spots are full.

Hi i guess this is a common problem, i only have six days left to subscribe and ive been trying since i got my invite but it keeps readding me to the waitlist. my email is the same as my beautyinsider one. did i miss my spot????? please help!
I'm having the same problem too. I emailed customer service and all they said was that spots are full and then I was given 50 points in rewards. She never answered my question as to why the link didn't work.
