PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I'm having the same problem! so disappointed!
I also have the same issue. I signed up a while back and was waitlisted. Now I received an e-mail saying I was off the waitlist and it gave me a countdown clock to claim my box. When I try, it just keeps asking for my email and telling me I'm on the waitlist. I tried re-registering and still the same message. Please help!
I'm having the same problem. I've been trying to subscribe since I received the 'You're Off The Waitlist" email 3 hours ago. All it keeps telling me is I'm on the waitlist - again!
This just happened to me. I've been checking my email every day to see if I got the invite. Finally got the invitation this afternoon, clicked the link, and am apparently on the waitlist again! ugh
I'm having the same problem, back on the waitlist.
I called the Rouge line and spoke to a nice guy. He is going to check into for me and email me back. He said it may be a glitch or that it may be that too many emails were sent out and not enough spots available. I can't believe it is already gone. I tried to sign up within two hours of receiving the email and got all the way to the end after putting in my credit card and got the message that it was no longer available.

No, I haven't yet. I don't feel like I probably will at this point.

I received an email invitation today, I clicked the Subscribe Now button, put in my email address on the page that came up, only to find out I'm back on a wait list. Why would I receive an invitation to be put back on the waitlist?

I've received the email you are invited to join but when I enter my email address it states "no spots available"
so sad & confused, love Sephora but "what's a girl to do?"😢
This "girl" is returning everything she bought from Sephora in the past month (including the contents of the 3 online orders placed in the past 24 hours) and going to ULTA!
I got an invite too and it and when I enter my email this is the message it gives me:
There are currently no spots available. We've added you to the waitlist and will notify you when a subscription is available.
Please fix this ASAP.

I was so happy to get the email that I was off the waiting list. Now I am having the same issue. I cannot register. Please help!
Same as everyone else- I got my "You're off the waitlist!" e-mail today, clicked on the link and I'm still waitlisted. I just tried like 10 times. Really disappointed with Sephora- I've been a customer for years and this is the first issue I've had. They should have done a soft open with the VIBs and VIB Rouges, worked out the glitches and let the rest of us join. Based on the comments, this has been going on at least 3 days now.
Ditto. Same problem here. It would be helpful to get another email when the problem is fixed. I hope Sephora is fixing it. It would also be nice if they let us know they were fixing it. Good luck!
It says I'm off the wait list but won't let me join !!! Help I have 8 days to except my invitation !
Having issues with subscribing to the play box. I get an email two hours ago that I am off the waitlist and when I go to subscribe, I get all the way to the end and get that it is no longer available. I am confused because, it said I had 8 days. I have called customer service and they don't know what to do.
Got an invitation to join but says there isnt any spots available. Guess Im not the only one that is have the same problem though.
