I liked my foundation but the bye bye under eye by IT is so small I will be lucky to get 2 uses out of it🤔
I agree with the other comments about reviews and customization. It would be great to have the option to review the samples in our box so that the products get more customized to our preferences the longer we are members. It seems to work pretty well for other subscription sites. Also, I think that if there is going to be a perfume sample every month, that there should be a section of your beauty preferences for perfume. In that section, should be the option to decline the perfume completely ( in exchange for a non-perfume sample, because not everyone can wear perfume) or the option to pick exactly what kind of scents we would prefer as our sample. I'm very picky with my perfume and I usually hate random sample because I know I will not like it, but if there were a way to pick the exact scent family of our sample, I might actually like one. Also, going along with this idea, it would be wonderful if there were a generator on our profile for sent match. Like the color IQ thing. For example, you would enter in the name of your favorite scent and it would match you to scents ( and play box sample scents) that are similar.
@SephoraPLAY, I just received my October box and sadly it arrived damaged. The box and bag were both soaked by the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Mist, because the cap was completely unscrewed from the bottle and all contents leaked out. Everything in my bag smells like the mist. Also, the cap was off of my foundation. I think quality control needs to be looked into. Is it possible to get a replacement or a refund?

I called the Play help line and an advisor did credit my BI account with some points, and said that was all that could be done in this situation.
I feel like that destroyed everything in the box and you probably should have been offered a refund. I just signed up for this because I wind up buying a lot of products based on the samples I get from points there. Hope the same thing doesn't happen to me.

I would really like to be able to give feedback as I get a lot of products that are the wrong color or that I just plain would never use. This month's box was awful- two face products that are three shades darker than my skin as reflected in my profile, face primer, which I hate and never use, perfume, which I give away or throw away (usually the latter) every month, serum from a brand I don't like and powder. Of the six samples I got, the only thing I'm even remotely interested in is the powder. I don't expect to be able to give detailed feedback, but it would be great to be able to select general product categories I'm interested in (or ones I'm not interested in).
I would like to have to option to omit the number of fragrance samples that you have been offering each month. Overall, I am happy with the mix of sample selection, however I feel like we could do without a fragrance samples EVERY month.
Just received my October box and my Dr. Brandt sample was an empty bottle! It was sealed, but went to get some out and realized there was zero product in the tube. Did this happen to anyone else?
I would LOVE to be able to provide feedback on the products I received in my boxes each month. This way the boxes for each person would improve/be more personal over time if you knew what people don't like & do like.
Also as mentioned in another response, the ability to provide feedback on the types of products each individual would like to receive would be awesome. For example, I do not want any lip color or eyeshadow (have WAY too much already) but would rather have more skincare or hair products to try.
