October play box, sample half empty or half full ?

I’ve received my box and the perfume’s sample didn’t even come full. Horrible !!!!!

Hi @Andypraddo, sorry about that! Typically, fragrance samples aren't filled to the brim to prevent leaking during shipping, so this level looks normal. I hope this info helps!

Most of them don’t which is disappointing. But all my samples come half full so maybe it’s normal
