I loved my March Play! box. I received 1) Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye liner in intense Black. I gave this a 5/5. It went on so smooth and lasted all day. 2)Tarte Sea Sea Quenching Hydrating Primer. 4/5. 3) Glamglow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow. 4/5. 4) Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Moistirizer with Ceramides. Most moisturizers break me out. I have combination skin. This did not break me out. 5/5. 5) Drybar Detox Clear Invisible Dry Shampoo. 4/5. 6) Versage Bright Crystal 4/5.

Is there a way to get the shimmering tinted moisturizer replaced with something else? I really dislike products like this.

I order in February, still no box.  Told I would get it in March, still no box. Now we are in April, trying to get assistance but Chat is not available, and the customer service phone line is 9 minutes long then disconnected.  HUM?????

Hello, new to Sephora Play. All the little samples looks nice, can't wait to try them out.

I love my Play boxes. Even with repeated products, I’m very much enjoying samples for just $10 per month. It’s usually good selection, nice new products and I honestly never buy mascara! I wish PLAY PASS was still available. I was always using it, which meant extra spending in Sephora, without pass I have very much less incentive to spend.

Well you are completely failing at that. This month I got ONE item that I will use, the lip balm. I got the same lip balm in a different flavor last month. Everything else went straight into the trash before I even carried the box inside. I don’t wear makeup except for lip gloss and mascara. All the mascara in the past boxes has been poor quality crap that flakes off all over my face all day. I have no use for THREE liquid eyeliners in the last four boxes. I want high quality, clean skincare and this month I got absolutely none of that. The “survey” doesn’t ask any useful questions like: - How often do you wear makeup? - Do you wear perfume? - Do you prefer vegan products? - Do you prefer Clean at Sephora products? If April doesn’t knock it out of the park, it will be my last box.

Instead of throwing them away i will gladly pay the shipping to have anything you dont want shipped here to the family homeless shelter i live in. We have 4 other moms/families besides my own and we NEVER get donations, we would be absolutely happy and super greatful to recieve them. Donations usually get brought to the individual shelters in town and in our state. We are pretty forgotten or just unknown. Alot of ppl dont realize family congregate homeless shelters exsist.
