The "sneak peak" isn't meant to tell you your entire box... those spoilers come from other recipients. Sephora just lets us know what featured brand they're highlighting this month in everyone's box 🙂

I subscribed last night and even though it says I am subscribed and my payment went through, whenever I try to go to recent orders on the website OR the app, there is no recent order for the play box, so I can check the item #. Anyone else have this problem or know how I can see the item # somwhere else? Does it take a bit to go to recent orders? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue as you. I subscribed on May 2nd and payment did go through, I have tracking number and all but I have not received anything yet. It's been over a month so I'm hoping to receive something soon.

You have to use the desktop version of the site - the app and mobile version won't show you the item number.

If my box says “sold out” under it, does that mean I won’t be receiving it? If so, I want to request the box with the bum bum cream in it!!!
