Worst box I have ever received!! I signed up for makeup, not all of these skin care products!! I can't even use them because I am on specific skin cream from my dermatologist. There were only 2 makeup products (primer water which we have a million primer samples Sephora!!! And a bite beauty lipstick that I received the same of for my birthday gift!) so redundant and disappointed. I am switching to another box subscription instead of Sephora's if my next box doesn't have more makeup than skin care products. One more chance Sephora. This is awful. And to top it off, what I received isn't even the same as what they posted I would get. Get it together Sephora!!

Really not impressed. I just signed up and got my January box, a bunch of free type samples and one decent size lip color. 

MORE MAKEUP PLEASE!!

SO ANNOYED!! In my inbox it said that I would be receiving certain items, but I just received my play box and to my HORROR I received the complete opposite!! Like what the heck Sephora?! This is definitely the most disappointing play box so far! I was excited to try drunk elephant and Sunday Riley’s good genes and instead I get a repeat of the stupid sleep mask and those dang supplements! Like come on! ***UPDATE*** I contacted customer service with my concerns and they are shipping out a new box and refunding my purchase to my understanding. Thank the lord.

This month's box was terrrrible. I received two things I had already recently received and then some random cheap crap. I want to cancel. What happened?!!

The insert in my Play! box matches the products in it but the email I received is completely mismatched. Of the 6 products shown I received 3 (#2, #3, #6). I'm okay with what I got but would rather not receive any email than to receive one that makes me feel I got products that weren't really matched up for my needs.

Yup, mine is 261 as well. Just checked the mail and it still isnt here today....smh. So they told you the 25th? Are they offering anything for their mess up? What is even worse is how upset everyone is with the box .....feel like there is nothing to look forward to. And that is the whole reason I get these boxes in the first place. oh well.

This by far is the most disappointing box I have EVER received since subscribing (well over a year). Over time I've been less excited to get these boxes. Especially because I feel like I'm getting the same stuff over and over. It could be that I received some of the stuff as samples in my orders, but I don't know how many DE whipped moisturizers I have at this point and I don't even use them. Aaaaand UNSUBSCRIBED.

I’ve only been enrolled a few months but I’ve had DE in my cart on Sephora for awhile so I’m so excited to try their products🥰 Since I’ve enrolled in play I’ve taken much better care of my skin with all the samples.

I think it's really irresponsible of Sephora to send out supplements to their subscribers. If anyone is interested in taking them, please make sure you aren't allergic to any or the ingredients and it won't interact with any of your medications (you really should consult with a doctor before taking any sort of supplements anyway). I otherwise didn't mind my box, I'll use all the items, but the inclusion of the vitamins really horrified me.

It surprised me too. Doesn't seem like the best idea and even if you put aside possible interactions how could anyone determine the usefulness of a supplement with 3 doses. I would have preferred a fragrance sample. Tossed mine.

My January box was highly disappointing. I received the Hum supplements, Bite lip crayon, Smashbox water primer, Origins charcoal mask, Laneige water mask and Marajo hair care sample. I felt like I got the leftovers after a Marie Kondo cleanout. I want to try new products, not ones that have been around for years and I’ve tried before. Most Target beauty boxes are more exciting than this one. Do better Sephora.

I agree this box was a huge disappointment. It felt like some cobbled together leftovers. Why would Sephora put 2 masks in this box? The Bite lip crayon is the same one I received for my birthday gift in the store a few months ago. And anti-acne supplements? Not what anyone is expecting in a beauty box. Another one like this and I am unsubscribing.

Same here!!! And when I log into my account and look at “my box” it shows drunk elephant and Sunday Riley... I only got two of the items it shows and it was shampoo sample and the lip crayon.  I feel like they just slopped leftovers in mine and I have been a subscriber for like 1.5-2 years!

I subscribed to this for the make up. Why is there only one makeup product in my box this month?! Super disappointed. Considering canceling my subscription
