I didn’t my Play Box!

I do not understand what is happening, as there is a delay due to the Codv-19 being followed, the least they should do is inform the client, they took the money out of my bank account on April 2, 15 days had passed and I have no information about my box, minus a late release, this strikes me as a disservice, sephora has lousy customer service!

Sorry for the confusion! All PLAY! boxes will arrive between the 20th-25th of each month. I see that your April PLAY! box is currently being processed at our Distribution Center and should ship soon. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your box, please send me a PM.
