HELP ME CANCEL MY PLAY! SUBSCRIPTION

Help me with ideas on how to cancel my subscription online please! I tried following previous suggestions, but there is not an unsubscribe option on My Account.

Here's the information about how to cancel your Sephora play subscription:

"Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on your Subscriptions page in your account or by calling Customer Service at 1-844-PLAY-HLP. As of May 1, 2016, cancelations must be made before the first of the month to affect the current month's box. If you cancel after the first of the month, you will be charged for and receive that month's PLAY! by SEPHORA product box, which will be your final one. For example, if you would like to cancel and not receive the May box, you must do so by April 30. There is no cancelation fee, and we'll be sorry to see you go!"

The link simply forwards you to the Subscription page, but there are no instructions to follow to unsubscribe. The Play! account simply shows that I pay $10 a month and gives a description of the box.

Please given more description rather than quoting faq page.

@coconutmilk1222 Unfortunately, I don't have a Play! subscription as it isn't available in Canada, so there's no way for me to give step-by-step instructions as I can't see the steps for myself. And of course, there is always the option of phoning to cancel which is why I included the information from the FAQ. (The FAQ is a little buried and I see some people have a hard time finding it, which is why I included it for you.)

 

Fortunately @Mcakes was able to provide a very thorough visual explanation from you! I hope that works for you 🙂 

 

If you have further questions, hopefully either we can assist or you can try customer service depending on the issue.

Thank you @lachaton! I happen to find the FAQ page very helpful and easy to follow 🙂

 

@coconutmilk1222 These pictures will hopefully help you find the Cancel button.

 

1. Go to the Subscriptions page as mentioned on the FAQ page

2. Click the Edit button right next to where it says Play! by Sephora. I circled it in red for your convenience.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription

I'm not sure how much simpler I can explain it so if this doesn't help you maybe you can contact Customer Support?
