Glam glow face mask exploded

My Glam glow face mask that I received in my February play exploded when I opened it. It also had chunks of sticks. I tried it and it stung really bad so I immediately washed it off and used an older sample of the same product that I received. I don't remember it burning and that's because it didn't.

Mine had chunks also. It wasn’t supposed to have that?

I've never seen chunks in it before and it never burned either.

It should not have chunks.
