Over the past six months, we’ve been behind the scenes making plans for an exciting new release that we can’t wait to show you. Thank you for letting us into your lives (and your mailbox). We hope you found some new favorite products and learned a few tips and tricks along the way. Goodbyes are never easy, but we promise you’ll love what we have in store for you next.

What will be better?!? For $10 a month and get to try great products to know what we love and then go purchase is that best ! What could be better a high dollar one? I loved the $10 each month I have been buying for years.

Interesting that Sephora couldn’t send an email to folks that had subscribed to play for several years - this is just plain lazy and doesn’t represent the company in a good light

Will we still be seeing a $10 Sephora Favorites 'Hello' in May? Under 'What will replace Play!' in Play! FAQ, it says that Luxe was released followed by two more launches 'later this year.' It is also suggested that we stay tuned to Sephora Favorites. However, there is no mention of any affordably priced set launching in May as was mentioned in this thread. 'Later this year' is our indication of a time frame for future Play! replacements, and that is different from what was originally stated. Also - Sephora Favorites have been available for years and Luxe has been an option for some time as well, so what is new and/or a replacement for Play! about these options?

No wonder Sephora was selling Play boxes individually on their website. I had a feeling that they were going to discontinue that. Thankfully, I got buy a couple. So what happens to the 50 point cards? Are they still redeemable?

I switched from Play to Birchbox to try something new for a year, but was just planning to switch back and now this! Also loved the YouTube videos with each box. Will also miss the extra ones for sale around Black Friday!

NOOOOOOO!!! This is AWFUL NEWS in the midst of a pandemic when we all need our boxes more than ever! Not to mention it's my birthday month! This totally sucks. BRING BACK SEPHORA PLAY BOXES!!!!!
