I also feel the same. When I first started with this subscription I was stoked by every item in every box and now I get excited about one or two things and it’s not even enough to go buy the full size which I constantly use to do. Now I’m thinking my birch box or ipsy boxes are far superior to the play box. Disappointing.

I totally agree with you! I avoided opening the email just because I didn't have my box yet.. and once received, products were damaged 😞 

You should check the Macy's box, I subscribed and they've been better.

Just got my box today. Why with the bright red lipsticks still?!? Why not pick one of the other colors you have and in a bigger size for the sephora cream lip stain? Really getting tired of all the red lipsticks because I don’t wear red! Send a pink or berry color... anything but red! And I love viktor&rolf flowerbomb...I own a big bottle, the rollerballs, showergel, lotion...so why send me a tester of it...especially when you sent me one a few boxes ago. Please step your game up Sephora!!! How about a Fenty sample, or a sheetmask, or a le mar sample? I know you got it in you to deliver us some awesome stuff...you did it in the past. Please stop disappointing us!

I’ve found that if you need to get other colors change your skin tone in your profile. I used to get almost nothing but red lippies when my tone was dark (almost never wear red). Changed my skin tone to olive and I started getting more berries and colors I actually wear.

Did anyone have their Sephora Lipstick come broken from the bottom? Mine was stuck to the cap and it clearly wasn’t attached well. Just a warning cause mine fell after I opened it and it had been stuck to the cap during shipping. Strange, I never has this happen to any lipstick shipment before in any Play Box.

Yes mine was broken like that and the tip was dented. Kinda disappointing tbh. I see unboxing videos and everyone seems to be getting larger sized products than what I get. These feel like they should be free samples you get when you order online. Going to try change my profile and give this one more shot.

As soon as I opened my lipstick, it fell out and was already completely broken. I am super disappointed

at first glance it had a smudge/dent, I thought that was wierd. went to try it on later and it fell right out of the container.

Judging by the conversation, many already received their boxes.. Which weirds me out, cause I’m supposed to get mine on February 24th am I the only one who didn’t get their box yet?? 🤔

I got my box yesterday and I LOVE it! Nothing was damaged and I enjoy getting a surprise, even though I might not wear the red lip often I'm excited to step out of the comfort zone a little bit.

I still have no box. This is ridiculous. There is a UPS hub in Louisville Kentucky that is an hour from my house. Im going to be lucky to get it before the end of the month!! Not to mention being upset already at 2 lipsticks when i don’t wear lipstick! I’ll give you all the March box to redeem, otherwise I’m bouncing. Already appreciating Birchbox and Ipsy 100x more.

When are you going to listen to us? We pay $10 for FREE products we can get at your store just for the vast majority of us to receive 2 out of the 6 of our products damaged. Also I live over an hour away from my closest Sephora so I have to drive once a month to redeem my points. If you want to make money send us products to try that we don’t have to squint to see and are not broken, then I promise you you will earn money. I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but it’s honestly ridiculous. I just want to try out makeup and like I said this is the closest thing I have to trying high end around me. If next months isn’t okay I might have to cancel 😭
