Does this box cover disappointment?

I know it won’t do any good but I emailed Sephora about how irritated and disappointed I was to not receive 3 of the items I was told I was getting. 2 of them I really wanted. It seems this happened to a large majority of us this month and most of us, like me, got 2 moisturizers and ANOTHER eyeliner. One of them I’ve already received twice before. We really are just getting Warehouse Grab Bags now. I canceled Birchbox for this very reason. It would be nice as a Rogue Member and one of the first wave to be offered Play Membership to get a little respect. I didn’t get 1, 4 or 5. 1 & 5 I really wanted.

I emailed back when the added 250 points to my account. I told them that wasn’t enough points to cover any of these items with a purchase so I wanted the items or a refund on my box this month. I also discovered after I posted that my Caudalie tube was empty like a lot of others experienced. Still had the foil seal but nothing in the tube. You would think with an issue this widespread with the boxes this month Sephora would issue a email statement.

This is my very first box and I also emailed them and you know what they said? She said I received everything in my box that I should have?! Ummm no, I didn't get the same items as you... Yeah I must be lying...

Same! I can send you the Rose mask as this is seriously the 4th time I’ve received it. So over getting duplicate crap and each box contains either Bite products, some eyeliner and this freaking rose mask. Considering canceling as it just doesn’t seem like they give a crap.

Same exactly. I emailed them but it won’t matter. I just think... I could be earning better rewards at Ulta. 😡 I’m pretty sure I’m done with Play! After this month. It has been disappointment after disappointment.
