Delayed Delivery for January 2019 PLAY! Box?

Hello,

Has anyone else noticed delayed receipt of their January 2019 PLAY! Box? I understand today is only January 21st and they can arrive anywhere between the 15th and 25th of each month but normally I receive my box rather quickly after it's shipped. I received the "Confirm Shipment" email stating it was shipped out January 11th but the order tracking has been stuck on "ON ITS WAY" status with the last update being January 16th saying "Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations" 

This seems like conflicting information... either it was shipped on January 11th or the shipment information was received by UPS Mail Innovations on January 16th? 

Has anyone else experienced delays in shipping for your PLAY! Box?

I got an email notification that my box shipped on 1/16/19 and I STILL have not received it. I was finally supposed to receive it yesterday (1/26) but nope. Nothing. 

The past couple of boxes I have gotten pushing a week late and the items I was getting weren’t worth the wait anyway. Honestly this month’s box (or lack there of) was the last straw for me and I have cancelled my subscription.

I’m still waiting for my box. It’s the 27th. And frankly, I’m very tired of the month’s boxes coming at the bitter end of the month. Because ofhow late the boxes arrive, the “holiday” box misses most of the December holidays, the “Valentine” box doesn’t arrive in time for Vday, and I’mpretty much well over the monthly theme/event by the time my boxarrives. I would far prefer getting Play! boxes at the very start of themonth... and it looks like I may get my wish if this January box doesn’t arrive before the end of January.

My box didn’t come in time either and I contacted costumer service. They told me there was a problem with shipping and I would not be able to receive a box because they were “out of stock.” They were we’re nice about it and offered a refund but it looks like play is off to a horrible start this year.

Mine shipped on the 11th as well and I still haven’t received it. Tracking say it will arrive on the 26th. It’s taking FOREVER.

I’m still waiting for mine as well. Mine has never been this late, generally it comes a day or two after I receive the email saying it’s been shipped. Plus when I look online there is no tracking info...

I still have not recived my box but my daughter got her box 2 weeks ago and she said the box was really bad im thinking of cancelling mine and going with a different company Sephora is really dropping the ball

I have not received mine either.  First box ever maybe the last if this is a continuous problem..

Yep! Just got this email “Hi there, just a heads-up that your order may arrive later than anticipated due to carrier delays. Thanks for being patient—we appreciate you!”

I am assuming due to the weather the Midwest has gotten the last few weeks or due to the Government shut down.

Thanks for the update and additional information! I really appreciate it. I didn’t consider the government shut down or the weather since where I live the weather hasn’t been bad. The tracking page finally updated to give me an estimated delivery date of Monday January 28th. It may be late but I’m sure Sephora is doing the best they can with the thousands of subscribers they must have.

My box was suppose to be here yesterday and when it didnt show upnit said it was going to be here today the 26th guess what still no box and my mail had already came by

I sure have! It said it shipped on January 11, and I literally just checked it, and now it says arriving by January 26. This is the reason I canceled my Sephora play subscription. Sick of it being late. Ipsy is so much better. They are always always always right on time.

I paid for my first play box a while back and haven't received anything, not even an explanation. Very disappointed 😢
