This December, we’re wrapping up a beautiful year of PLAY! with products that will have you glowing into 2019.

And since it’s the season of giving, we wanted to send you a little something special—so keep an eye out for a surprise in your next box!

Don’t forget to mark those calendars—your box will arrive the third week of December. Until then, here’s a hint to get you in the spirit:

Your December box will contain one of these products: Too Faced Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer—Peaches and Cream Collection or tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara.

I’m confused, are we pretending it didn’t already come with 6 products? And I think at this point I’ve received 3 or 4 Becca primers... Lastly, as a Play subscriber for over 2 years.. please bring back the quality bags.

What happened to my other two products?  In my box were only 4 items.  Although I really don't need primer, or lip liner, I would like to receive the set items that are expected.

I normally don’t complain about my boxes because there’s always one or two products that I know I’ll use, but December’s box was just bad. I mean, I might give the Touch in Sol product a try for kicks, but it’s not promising. And for future reference, Sephora Play, (if I don’t cancel my subscription,) I hate the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara.

pretty disappointed this month - i don't really understand the point of filling out a survey for PLAY if you're not going to stick to our preferences. i don't wear makeup (I use sephora for my skin and haircare) and yet ALL i ever get are primers. and two lipsticks this month?? plus the bonus was just a cream i recieved in november's box. you could do better, sephora...

@Deannarama I agree I changed my profile to stop getting shampoos conditioners and hair products that just don’t work for limp straight hair period! And dreadful face masks that break my face out into more blemishes

I would suggest you find a different sub if you prefer mostly skin care products. Sephora is 80 % makeup company. I love my Allure and Glossybox subs bc they change things up and have far fewer repeats.

Appreciate the suggestions, I’ll def look into them! Honestly I don’t mind trying new make up - I’d love eye and lip products, but the sheer volume of primers in these boxes is crazy!

My December box was amazing! Having the extras helped me have more options. Good idea Sephora! Hopefully January has some things to look forward to and new extra treats keeps things interesting. Maybe you’ll let us vote on an item for our box the future!

I have not received my November box and if I joined in time my October Box.  I am very disappointed in this aspect of your service.

Did you call Sephora? Their customer service is very good Also, check your bank statement and see if you were charged for the missing months if, so, then they should either send or credit you the full amount

I liked my box but I questioned the value this month. Guess the 50 point bonus card helped.
