Love the eyeshadow and the eyeliner, but need to stop with the perfume samples- these you can easily get for free anywhere and would love to see some more actual cool samples of products than easy stuffers.

Got my box today. The holidays slowed the shipping down so i got my box later than normal but it was well worth the wait. The eyeshadow colors are beautiful, love the eyeliner and its a large size, perfume is great! Cant complain a bit

No Play! Box and no information 😳 The shipping email arrived on the 15th. The tracking email said delivery on the 23rd. And now the tracking email is blank. I do not know when it will arrive, or if it will arrive. I understand it is the busy holiday shipping season, but the lack of information is really annoying.

Same here. Was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd, wasn't, now it just says it has been "en route" or something since December 21. Where is my box?! 😞

Holiday shipping is usually rough. Post offices are crazy busy this time of year. I'm sure it will arrive soon.

That happened to me once. If you send them an email stating you never received it, they will send you another free of charge.

This box was terrible. The perfume sample and Drybar spray have previously been in my box, I hate the Make Up For Ever lipstick in the red color (I wear pink, mauve, rose) so I gladly would’ve taken the pink middle shade, I don’t use liquid eyeliner. What were you thinking when someone created this box? The only thing worth anything was the eyeshadow and honestly that’s not great either. The questionnaires for the boxes need to be revamped seriously!!! You should be asking your customers what colors they wear on their lips, eyes to get a better idea what customers might appreciate more for product selection . Honestly getting two of the same products more than once has left me with a huge headache and a bad taste in my mouth. Seriously considering canceling my subscription..... I don’t want to but I cannot keep dealing with products I would never use & colors that don’t work for me- I would have loved a mauve Lipstick. Enough eyeliner and mascara samples. Read the colors people buy in their product profiles or order histories. Just saying....

I got my box really late I called the main office just to make sure it was coming, the holidays really slowed down shipping.

I've been contemplating cancelling my subscription for a little while and unfortunately this month's box was the nail in the coffin.  I got a perfume sample I had gotten a previous month (and hated), a bright red lipstick and black eyeliner (things that almost everyone already has enough of), a tiny dry shampoo can that sounds half empty, and a sheer pink eyeshadow.  I really wanted Play to work out for me but this was so disappointing.

Between having to cancel Play and not getting the right samples in my recent orders, I feel like I should start to take my spending elsewhere.

The Drybar 3 in 1 samples in my Play box was practically empty too. Barely hear anything in can when shaken, blows mosty air, when I try to use.

I'm not going to cancel it but for the life of me, I would never in a million years wear a bright red lipstick. I'm 41 years old with fair skin and blond hair. It's literally the last thing I would ever put on my face. Maybe for Halloween.

I really loved my December box as well - I couldn’t be happier! For the most part I have loved all of my boxes. The only thing I could do without is black eyeliner as I don’t wear it but I have a ton of friends who do & they love when I give them mine. 

I don’t understand why some people are so unhappy with their boxes - there is an alternative use for almost every product they send. Just watch the PLAY! videos.

yeah, definitely for 10$ a month heck, surely there are places you could donate or give away in your area, be giving, collect things you won't use for a few months and donate to a shelter or something 😊

The December box was a big disappointment, hopefully January's will be a whole lot better.
