How do you know what you’re getting?

@Anonymous if you open Sephora through your browser, go to recent orders, there will be an item number by the play box, that last 3 numbers are your box#, there are a few different box variations each month, based on your profile

Why haven't I gotten an email saying that my box has shipped?  You're always VERY quick to take my money every 1st of the month and ALWAYS have problems delivering my box.  On top of it I have flash delivery and still you send my box the regular way...  Again!  You were fast to charge me for that but not to come through with your service.
