To start off I have yet to receive my box for this month which is odd because I normally have it by now, but holidays and snow storms are possible factors for me. However it appears I will be receiving box #601 this month. In comparison, box #577 looks so much more amazing! I am just so over getting eyeliners and bottom of the barrel items. They would be better off going to just a uniform box of all the same items for everyone so there wouldn't be this many people upset over seeing other boxes, and feeling like they got a scrap box basically. If this continues, unfortunately I cant see myself continuing to pay for a subscription like this. At least hopefully I am getting the eye shadow because its what i really want out of the whole box to be honest. Please do better with the boxes Sephora...

How do you determine what play box you will get for December?

@Anonymous ~ If you go to the Sephora website (you can't see this info on the app) and pull up your "Account", it can be found under "Recent Orders" or just "Orders." Click on the order details that contain your Play! box and you should see an "Item #" of which the last 3 digits indicate which box you'll be getting. Make sure you are looking at the Item number and not the Order number to avoid misidentification. Hope this helps! 💋

I subscribed last month but I have not heard anything about my box??? They took the money out of my account, but does anybody know if I will even receive anything this month? I'm still waiting to see what box I will get.....

@StacieNicole @marysabbz ~-If you were charged twice for both November and December, but did not receive last month's box, I'd recommend calling customer service as soon as you can. It will be the quickest and easiest way to resolve this issue or get an update of where your package may be. As for December's box, have no fear! Most of them are still being processed and I don't believe that hardly anyone , if anyone at all, has even received one yet. As per Sephora Play! FAQ: "All PLAY! by SEPHORA boxes will arrive within a three to five day period around the 20th of every month." So that could even be up to the 25th, which is plenty of time yet. Play Box - I get these for my niece, so she thinks of me at least once a month. I was told the arrive the 3rd week of each month. I order it in Sept and she got her 1st box the 3rd week of Oct. I would think if you ordered it by mid Nov you should get the Dec Box by Christmas. Merry Christmas!

Im very disapointed with the box i will be receiving. I have box #601 and, especially for a december box, I expected way way better.

Like box i think #577 is getting? Their box is amazing! But they pay the same amount? How is that fair?? How is it fair that some people basically get the leftovers, abd some people get all the goodies?? This is the kinda nonsense that made me leave ipsy. I was so sick of seeing everyone else getting the good stuff, but for whatever reason i kept getting the lack luster box. Smh do better, Sephora. The better products need to be more spread out among the different boxes. Its not right to load one box down with the best of the products, and everyone else who deserves good products too, gets dumped on. Do better.

And quit with the repeats. If someone just recieved black liner, chancers are they dont want 10 more black liners.
