This box was okay. I'm very upset with the lipstick though, this is my second box and this is the second red lip stick I've received. Might I add that I HATE red lipstick. I did love the smashbox eyeshadows. That was the only thing I loved. I received the eyeliner as well which was good. Not love, but better than the rest of the remaining items. which were a redness reducing cream, drybar spray and of course the horrible red lip stick. would have loved the primer instead. oh well. If they send me another red lipstick I'm going to cancel. i love lipstick and honestly almost any color except red. So I wish they would change it up.

I’m not a huge fan of reds either I’m sure u either can mix it with another color, or give it to someone that does like it. One thing I do is when I’m home I try it on just to see how the brand/formula is and how it feels on my lips:) just helping with helpful ideas

Thought the shadow duo was pretty but mine arrived with a big chunk missing. Loved the Peter Thomas Roth highlight as did my daughter. Mercier primer was a nice consistency and definitely does the job but I’d like to try a different color. 3 in 1 hair volumizer pretty good. Definitely did not like the fragrance.

I was excited about what they had to offer this month; but somehow I managed to get all the items I didn’t care for... is there an option to take the samples & trade them in store?

I LOVE this month’s box! It’s my favorite one so far! Laura Mercier, Smashbox, Peter Thomas Roth, DryBar, and Anastasia Beverly Hills? Heck yes!

I actually liked my first box. I didn’t have high expectations honestly since I love my Ipsy box but I think they did really good. I loved the eyeliner (because it’s my staple thing) and the perfume and cover Fox enhancer drops are amazing. The eyeshadow is cool as a highlighter as well. The only thing was the lipstick but I can step out of my comfort zone and try it. New things can be fun lol. ☺️

BOX 627, Pretty crappy box that too for the last box of the year.. what a disappointment. Sephora please don’t turn in to another Birchbox. We don’t need variations of boxes, if one box is good please send everyone the same thing. Nothing in this box reflects my profile or addresses my concern.

I actually LOVE having box variations.  It's (just) one of the reasons I subscribe to Play; I think it's nice that there's a little bit of variety.

Neither does my box the eye primer they put into my box does not match my complexion at all. Seems like they just sent me whatever they had in stock or sent the wrong boxes to certain people 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hopefully no more perfume samples.  It seems like most individuals on this are complaining about them, are you guys listening.  Perhaps since it is not appreciated by your customers, you should stop sending them.

Now, other things I'm sure some people will like while others don't .  I love the black eyeliners and red lipstick, but I think that we're ALL in agreement that the perfume stinks (forgive the pun).

I LOVE perfume samples and am always reading many other people do too. (And yep, those who don’t.) It’s five deluxe samples with a bonus sixth, the fragrance sample. Personally, I like getting my six. I already knew I loved the Atelier Clementine I got because I’ve had that sample before, forever ago, and forever’s always a long time. So I’m good with it. I’m hating that I got ACNE CREAM??? For dry, red, irritated, acne prone skin. Wtf? First, my face isn’t ever dry, red, or irritated. And second—I never had acne in my entire life! Can we all call big fk up here?!

I gave the acne cream to my friend's teenage son who is breaking out...lol! I don't know who to regift the red lipstick to because nobody I know wears red lipstick. I do love the perfume samples. I always carry one in my little emergency kit in case I go out.

Sephora Play! Has me smelling like Gucci, so Sephora please don’t stop giving perfume extras.
