Cant do the getting started quiz

Hello,

For some reason PLAY wont allow me to take the getting ready quiz to fill out informatiom on myself. Is there another way to edit this so i get samples to match my skin tone and what i like, etc.?

• go to sephora.com/play
• sign into your account
• click on the "customize profile" in the navigation  on the left hand side of the page
