Broken Becca Highlighter

I’m not sure where to post this, but I received my July play box and the Becca highlighter is broken. Would it be possible to get another?

Mine came broken too but I called and they gave me points for the broken item. There are several YouTube videos that show you how to fix it.

mine came broken too! I YouTube and figured out how to fix it so I could still use it...but I was so disappointed I had to go through all that...smh

Every single time they have sent a Becca highlighter 1) it’s the EXACT same color (like seriously change it up!) and 2) it’s ALWAYS smashed and completely useless and needs to be thrown away. At this point just STOP sending them OR package them better
