Bright pink lipstick??

My profile clearly states that I have red hair and green eyes. Anyone in the makeup industry would know not to put pink lipstick in that box. Is there a way to change my profile to prevent this from happening again?

I got the same color and thought how I wouldn't wear it at all. kinda disappointed by the box except the cover fx moonlight

also found the insert interesting that said nude colors were most popular.. I would've loved to try a nice nude

yup I got that same horrendous color. I was like what the??? my sister's box came with different things in it and sadly I am the one who referred her to join. she cancelled even after receiving a smashbox eye shadow duo and all other kinds of nice stuff in her's. and she got it before Christmas. mine came the last day of December. such a shame what came in December's box on my end. But that lipstick was like receiving coal in my box. such an insult.

Yessss same here, im more of the natural look type of girl and i also never wear lipstick unless it’s a dark color or nude, i’ve given my mother 3 lipsticks already cause i don’t even use them.

I feel your pain being a redhead myself, I'd prefer skin or hair products, opposed to something I can't use. I guess I could use them, if I wanted to look like a 🤡 lol jk....

I’m starting to think they don’t pay attention to the profile. I’m chocolate complexion and would never wear a bright pink lipstick ,I figured it was not geared towards woc . Hey being optimistic maybe the point is to try things you would never look at , loved the hair spray and eyeliner.

Same case to me !!! They deliver the same for everybody no matter your profile ! I hate pink lipstick
