Birchbox vs. Sephora Play?

Has anyone tried both? I currently have birchbox but I'm wondering if Sephora Play is better? Let me know what you think!

I cancelled my Birchbox. Sephora PLAY is way better hands down

I love the Sephora box.  I have tried them all and this is the only one that I actually use everything that I get plus the 20% coupon is nice.

I've tried both. Sephora is the best in my opinion. Birchbox seems to be geared toward people who haven't quite figured out what brands they are interested in. I was receiving brands I'd never heard of. With Sephora, I receive high end product samples that I'm very happy with...

Depends on if you want premium products or have sensitive skin. I've tried both and Sephora wins, hands down.

I have Birchbox, Ipsy, and Sephora play. I love them all! I guess it just depends on what kind of products you are searching for. I pay seems to be the most cosmetic, while Sephora and Birchbox are more skin body and hair care. Just my opinion.

I have Ipsy and Play. With PLAY you are guaranteed all prestige brands. IPSY is tailored specifically to you, you don’t like moisturizers you won’t get them, don’t like bright eyeshadow - you don’t get it. But with Ipsy you’ll get a mix of prestige brands, new to the market brands and drugstore brands.

I currently get Sephora, Allure, Ipsy, Birchbox, Glossybox, Fab fit fun, Walmart, Target, Macy's, Boxycharm, I am really not a fan of Glossybox you get items that are great & then awful, the ones you do like it's hard to get but each time I go to cancel they send a great box, ugh, BOXYCHARM is my favorite, I love Sephora & Ipsy, I guess if I had to cancel it would be Birchbox 1st, then Allure, Glossybox. I'm new to Macy's so still on the fence, I'd keep Boxycharm, Ipsy & Sephora, & fabfitfun. (I obviously have a serious subscription addiction) 🙁 hope this helps 😆

I've had play for about 10 months and ipsy for about 16 months. I also tried birchbox but after only 1 month I cancelled... it was terrible! definitely ipsy and play are well worth it but if ur gonna try birchbox I would wait until there's a good coupon to use, and if u don't like the things in what u get to make sure u cancel before u get billed for the next month. Good luck with any sub boxes u try. also about the coupons... check my subscription addiction frequently, they have all the latest deals posted.

I have ipsy and play i dropped Birch it was more little samples and not much makeup i got all skincare haircare. I dropped it. ive also had BoxyCharm but for $10 play is def better then birch, IPSY is good to !! Play box always has some great makeup

I've tried ipsy, birchbox, allure and play. I have kept play and ipsy. those are worth it. birchbox and allure were not as good

Birchbox was a joke. I discontinued my subscription. Play is far superior!

I've gotten both, and have cancelled my birchbox. I liked the full size products you get with your box but I honestly never liked any of the makeup. It seemed like they weren't listening to how I responded. Play is much better in my opinion.

I'd say play box is better, and I love ipsy as well. It depends on how you take the quiz and leave reviews, but my last few birchboxes have been duds for me.
