So I asked why it is that we get a delivery date. “It”s almost here!” A shipping date. When it turns out that we can not even track the package with UPS as “mail innovations” is the UPS relationship with US postal. So i asked why we get a tracking number that cannot be used and an email saying “It Shipped!” And then my screen changed to :

Again. Why did I get an email saying the box had shipped on the 12th? Why put that the “it’s almost here” on the app and the estimated delivery date? I’m not the only one. This is a consistent problem for many. I get that it may show up until the 25th. But don’t send information and tracking numbers that can never be used. I canceled. If I’ve gotten repeats three boxes in I will be better served with another beauty company.

So now that I bring it to their attention it turns out it’s not even received by the facility??? After emails and tracking numbers that mean absolutely nothing. Come on Sephora you can do better than this! I’ve never worked with a company as large as you that seems to have this many problems with getting their things shipped. Maybe you should learn from Amazon and just ship direct with US postal. Or pick a better packing company for your boxes.

And even better I got the email unlock of my play box today. I seem to get all of the Sephora products. And I am now on either second or possibly even third mascara and I have only been subscribed 3 months! This is going to be a cancel. Time to try Ipsy. I’m disappointed Sephora. I’m new to this beauty thing at an older age I was hoping to find new products to use and learn about. This has been disappointing.
