Does anyone know why Sephora isn’t showing us what box # we are getting for April yet?

They just populated my order.  I did not see anything until after they billed me (they bill between the 1st and the 4th or 5th of the month). I have been getting a new  notification asking if I want to keep the subscription, so they are also giving us time to cancel.  I think they know people are not happy with the current product.  I just saw what I am getting and I am done with this.  I looked at my number against the spoilers and I am getting a box full of things I do like or do not want (already used and moved on or did not like when I tried before), the exceptions are the liner (love KVD), the house brand masque (I am not paying for shameless adverts), and the volumizing spray (have not tried this one yet). So for the two things I will use, the price just went up to $5.00 per item plus tax.  I am getting yet again another bottle of Victor and Rolf Flower Bomb (hate it) constant repeat, and another professional sample (not a fan). It was suggested to me that I get the Rouge Box??  I asked how much, I was told somewhere in the neighborhood of $40.  That was either an inaccurate guess, I don't know anything about a Rouge level PLAY Box and I am Rouge.  I have seen upgrade high end boxes once in a blue moon for $20.  This is supposed to be fun and it is just not anymore.  I think I am going to move on to another service or none at all and save $120 a year.

My box processed on the 4th with no updates since then and no # either. It’s only my second box but I’m considering canceling.

@ckenz That happened to me last month and I emailed them.  They corrected the situation immediately and populated the order with the item number and told me what I was getting.  Normally that should not happen though.  Once they charge you and put the order into the system, you should see an item number. If I recall you cannot see it on the mobile app but, you can see it on the full website for certain.  Double check the full website under your orders and it should be there. If it is not there, then call or email customer service through the link for and let them know you do not see an item number and are concerned since this is the second time this happened and it is discouraging for you as a new PLAY subscriber.

@Pabbi - It is the last three digits of the item number on your PLAY order.  Check under "your orders" and you should see your current order for your PLAY sub box.

You can also find full box spoilers on other websites as people post what they received. The last three digits tell you which box you are getting.  There are I believe ten (10) total box combinations. I think ten is the correct number of possible boxes (give or take). They supposedly go by profile and build boxes for set profile types.  If it s skincare as the main product one month and you are oily, then you should get products for your skin type and whatever else they pair with that product (a random perfume, eyeliner, lippie etc). If it is haircare, they will look at your hair type etc.  Hope that helps.

If you know what your box # is you can got to play! by Sephora on Facebook and as people start getting their boxes they will post the box # and you can see what’s gonna be in your box.  You can also email Sephora and ask them what’s in your box and they will usually tell you.
