Anyone else not have an item number?

I've had play! for about a year now. This month I suddenly don't have an item number on my order to see what my box number is. This has never happened before. When I look back at my past play! orders, the item numbers are all missing now!!! (They used to be there!) This is the second month for my stepdaughter's subscription and she also has no item number (she did last month). Is anyone else having this issue? It's messed up, for real.

i have never paid attention to the item number.. what do you use it for? Just curious since I have never paid attention! thanks!

It’s used to determine which box you are getting/got.

Mine are still there, but I have to go to the site through my browser vs through the app.
